Royal Flush Farms is the unintentional result of two people's love for animals.  Owned and operated by a husband and wife team RFF combines Samantha and Dan's passion for dogs and horses. 

 

Dan spent his childhood hunting over various sporting breeds and helping his father whelp the occasional litter of pups.  He settled on Brittany's for their versatility in the field and manageable size and temperament in the home.  Dan's professional background is Engineering and he is a Director of Engineering at a large local company.

Samantha spent her childhood showing horses nationally and breaking colts.  She loved the process of developing young horses and managing large show stables.   Samantha is an animal lover and has a background in pre-veterinary and biomedical sciences although now has a career in Global Digital Marketing.

Royal Flush Farms began as just the "playground" for two animal crazy people to spend their spare time with the animals they love.  Dan and Samantha started with an occasional litter to keep pups to pursue field competitions or hunting.  Field trials have proven to be the perfect activity to combine Samantha's love for horses with Dan's passion for bird dogs.  We don't know when or how it happened, however in the past several years RFF became something more than just the name of our personal playground.  RFF now represents high quality dogs, fine hunting tradition, and sharing a lifetime of memories through the dogs we love.  Royal Flush Farms takes breeding seriously and actively pursues breeder education averaging 20 CE credits per year though programs such as University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine, Auburn University of Veterinary Medicine, AKC Canine College, Avidog, The Institute of Canine Biology, and various other specialty seminars. 

 

The farm itself is 104 acres in the beautiful rolling hills of Central Pennsylvania.  The farm was purchased in 1998 by Samantha's parents to build a stable to support her love for showing horses.  The farm is now their personal residence and also the location of the kennels, stables, and private training grounds.
